Damita Parsely is the Vice Chair of Champaign County’s Continuum of Service Providers to the Homeless. She oversees Cunningham Township’s Help Desk where trained digital navigators help residents apply for housing and services at the Urbana Free Library. She is a certified digital navigator and a trained in peer leadership through Illinois Supportive Housing Providers Association.
