Senior Executive & Program Specialist

Brittany Tuten has worked with the Cunningham Township Supervisor’s Office (CTSO) for over four years, serving in various case management and program leadership roles before transitioning to her current position as Senior Executive & Program Specialist. During her time as the Housing Navigation and Supportive Services (HNSS) Team Lead, Brittany played a vital role in supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity as they worked toward stable and affordable housing. With a strong commitment to housing justice and community-based care, she oversaw the HNSS program and worked to ensure residents received comprehensive, coordinated support tailored to their individual needs.

In her current role as Senior Executive & Program Specialist, Brittany supports CTSO’s administrative and organizational priorities through grant development and management, program evaluation and data quality, community outreach, partner communication, policy development, and strategic project coordination. She collaborates closely with CTSO’s Leadership Team to strengthen programs, support organizational initiatives, and identify opportunities for continued program development and funding. Her work bridges direct-service experience with broader programmatic and systems-level efforts to improve services for vulnerable residents.

Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies (Political Science) and Spanish from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her background in policy and social work provides her with a strong foundation for navigating complex systems, developing effective programs, and advocating for individuals and communities experiencing barriers to housing and stability. Through her work at CTSO, Brittany remains committed to advancing equitable, collaborative, and community-centered solutions that support residents in achieving long-term stability.
