Sue Davis
Pronouns: she/her/hers
Sue Davis, prior to working at Township, oversaw and created systems development and continuous improvement at Champaign Surplus for over three decades. During that time, she researched, adapted, and implemented information technology, while overseeing operational procedures to maximize efficiencies in ways that ensured significant, sustainable growth. Her skills are varied, and honed by experience. Understanding all aspects of running a successful office, Sue has done everything from customer service to new business development and team building. This range helps her understand the frustrations and needs of all staff.
Using her expertise for the good of the community, Sue’s work at Township will assist in wrangling the many processes required to keep the office functioning. Her ultimate goal is to help co-create an office structure that truly supports the work at Township. Administrative functions will be streamlined in ways that enable our case managers to focus more on direct support of their people.
A transplant to CU, Sue has degrees in Database Programming and Management, Agriculture Education, and certificates in Project Management. Township is thrilled to have her on board, and appreciates her dedication to those she works with and for.
When Sue isn’t wrestling control of complex office systems, she can be found snuggling with her two dogs and two cats. She’s a gardener and photographer, and loves to travel.
